The most beautiful and tasty book by association “Shamir” was published in November 2009. It is „Teiglah, kreplah, aingemahts. Jewish cuisine”. There are chapters, devoted to Jewish tradition and kashrut, as well as a lot of recipes, gathered from elderly Jewish ladies, living in Riga. There are also recipes of Yemen and South Jews, who are living in Latvia now.
